Coldwell Banker Commercial was established by Colbert Coldwell in 1906, who was joined by Benjamin Banker in 1914. Together they built an organization based on a Client 1st philosophy which has evolved into one of the countrys leading commercial real estate service providers.
Valley Realty was founded by Wayne Holloway, who began selling Antelope Valley real estate in 1957. Entering the business in 1977, his son, Harvey, expanded Valley Realtys focus on land, commercial and industrial properties. Harvey took the reins of the business in 1990 and joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2006.
