Introducing Beth Smith, Certified Life Coach
I was raised to use my gifts and talents to improve my community. I have learned the pride and joy of giving back. As a Sr. Project Manager, I have found the benefits of using my experience to help many individuals and organizations achieve their goals. I have found that helping people meet their goals included helping people see and achieve their full potential. I have been asked to mentor people in the workplace and in my community.
I quickly learned that many people are mentally broken and the brokenness is impacting their personal growth and development to thrive with resilience. It is important to learn how to break cycles to modify the internal messaging that is impacting individuals from moving forward.
I have had to take time to press through my own struggles in life and am very grateful for the people and organizations that supported my journey. I have taken my secular education and partnered it with a life coach certification through The Center for Coaching Certification to allow me to help individuals tap into their full potential to be the best members of society that they can be for themselves, and for the ones who love and support them. Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed.
My goal is to help people unlock the fantastic person that lies within one gentle step at a time.
