I'm Eric, aka "Q" my beautiful wife is Dorie. We got our start basically from family!! We have a very close family. We are all about family. For years my lovely wife and I have almost always hosted all our family gets together because we have a real passion for cooking. So many family members kept saying we should go into business selling our food. Then one day my mom pulled me to the side and said Son you guys have to share your talents with the world!! After many years of consideration, we decided to take a chance just to see if they were right. Boy was they ever!! My sister is a big-time makeup artist for TV & movies. She got us a small event to do for one of her producer friends. We didn't know what to expect, we just gave it our best shot. After that things started to change. People were saying it was the best food they ever had. They told friends and they told friends and we've been growing ever since. Before we knew it we were getting calls from all over asking us to cater their event. This all happened in 2006. since then our business has grown tenfold. We call every event we cater a blessing because none of this would be possible with our LORD&SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST!! It has grown so much, that we now have an annual event with the LADWP feeding over 5000 people at their special event. We are so grateful for all the blessings that have come our way over the years. We keep it really reasonable. Our main goal is to give you great food and great service at very reasonable prices.
QD'S DOUBLE BARREL BBQ is family-owned and operated right here in Lancaster, CA. Since our company opened its doors in 2006, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best and come with a personal touch.
