About High Desert Health System Auxiliary
High Desert Regional Health Center (HDRHC) provides high-quality outpatient health care to patients in the Antelope Valley area of north Los Angeles County, including the cities of Lancaster and Palmdale and the surrounding communities. Services are delivered in a safe, patient-centered environment.
HDRHC is part of High Desert Health System, a group of five clinics in the Antelope Valley area run by the Department of Health Services (DHS) Ambulatory Care Network.
HDRHC provides primary care for adults and children. Through its patient-centered medical home model, patients are seen by the same team of healthcare professionals to support your health and wellness needs. Urgent Care, medical and surgical specialty clinics, outpatient surgery and ancillary services are also available at HDRHC. Other services located on-site include a pediatric dental clinic, disease management programs for patients with diabetes and asthma, and an HIV/AIDS Clinic.
Your Medical Home is part of a larger network of hospitals, emergency departments, urgent care centers, behavioral health providers, and specialists in Los Angeles County. Your Medical Home Team will help coordinate your care across multiple settings, within and outside your Medical Home location.
