  We are looking for short films or documentaries (30 minutes or less) already created in the last 3 years. Submit the short film or documentary for a fee. Short films and documentaries will be judged, and 2 winners will be recognized, awarded "The Filmic Brilliance Award"and have their film screened during the event.
